Spring - Season for a bash: Why Are You left behind?
Spring is the time of rejuvenation after bleak winter. Verdant fields, blue firmament, frolicking birds, blossoming flowers, buds opening up petals fill the air with romance.
Poets get the inspiration of creation. People get the enthusiasm for taking up new challenges. Your entire ambience seems to be conducive to regenerate your body and mind. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle describes one spring day as "a light blue sky, flecked with little fleecy white clouds drifting across from west to east. The sun was shining very brightly, and yet there was an exhilarating nip in the air, which set an edge to a man's energy." According to astronomy, spring begins with the spring equinox and ends with the summer solstice. Spring equinox starts around March 21 in the Northern Hemisphere and 23rd September in the southern, while the summer solstice starts from June 21 in the Northern Hemisphere and December 21 in the Southern. The excellent soothing cool weather under the bright sunshine is defined as "summer in the light, and winter in the shade" by Charles Dickens.
The romanticism of spring lures the college students for a break from their rigorous academic life for a restoration of energy. Every year the students spend a lot of time in planning their traveling and recreation for the next spring break. The young minds travel on wings as Robin Williams, who feels, spring is nature's way of saying, "Let's party!"
So, whenever you feel boredom in your hectic schedule, just murmur Shelly's famous quotes, "O Wind, if winter comes, can spring be far behind?" |
