A group of six thousand Mormons might have traveled from Caldwell County for years together until they could find city Nauvoo (meaning city beautiful) in Illinois on the banks of the famous river Mississippi to settle down, a normal human being can hardly think of such uncertainty about their home or resting place. People hardly like the life of nomads, rather they feel secured within their shells. Today, Real estate has become a need, rather than a desire. In fact food, dress and dwelling units have been treated as the fundamental right of a human being.

Banks and various financial institutions have come up to fuel the inherent desire of common human beings of owning their sweet homes. A considerable section of people of most of the countries have started earning much more additional funds and especially the IT sector and globalization have increased the number significantly. The easy finance scheme and the adequacy of multiplex real estates have even lured the people even with a most ordinary earning capacity. The insurance companies have started investing. The growing demands of real estate have not escaped the eyes of the businessmen also. People have stared considering real estate as a risk free good investment option that adds value to the already existing business schemes. Their combined effect has blown up the real estate industry.
